You might remember 9 year old Petey from a past newsletter. In his previous home a botched surgery left him with an eye that didn't close properly, a condition that caused dryness, made him uncomfortable and would only have worsened. After corrective surgery, Petey was adopted and into a home with Daisy another WRN alumni. Here is the latest from his forever home.

Daisy and Petey took to each other right away. They adore being outdoors and they have discovered the patio chair cushions to be ideal locations for napping. Petey is super laid back and has brought a calming presence for skittish Daisy. Two Westies are the perfect number for the Helton home!

Westie Rescue Network, Inc. (WRN) has been rehoming Westies since our founding in 1990 in Colorado, New Mexico and Wyoming. We are an all-volunteer based tax exempt 501(c)(3) non-profit organization.

WRN was founded by members of the West Highland White Terrier Club of Greater Denver (WHWTCGD) and has successfully rehomed almost 1,000 Westies. We also provide rescue services for the West Highland White Terrier Club of America (WHWTCA) in all the states adjacent to the Rocky Mountains.
